If your insurance provider is not listed above, please mention this at the time your appointment is scheduled. Unfortunately, we do not accept TennCare or Medicaid at this time. We request that your co-pay and/or deductible be paid at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept personal checks, MasterCard and Visa.
