Dr. Donald L. Hamby completed his undergraduate education at East Tennessee State University and attended the University of Tennessee for medical school. He and his wife Sally have three children. He follows both UT and Ole Miss football. He is a Harley-Davidson enthusiast and has an interest in computers.
